Our How

Be the Change in a Child’s Life

At PEERS, we believe in the power of mentorship. Our program allows volunteers to form meaningful relationships with young students, providing them with guidance, support, and encouragement to help them thrive academically and personally.

Membership

Build Meaningful Connections

PEERS members will be paired with a child in their community to develop a unique and lasting relationship. Mentors will choose to volunteer at either Phillis Wheatley or YouthBase, depending on their preferences and availability. They can select the weekday and time slot that best fits their schedule.
